TESTIMONIALS
The move – home and office – from Maine to St. George is
complete, and we are comfortable and secure in our fine new Bridgewater
at Sunbrook Home. We purposely delayed writing this until Thanksgiving
Day since we felt that it was a totally appropriate one to tell
you how happy we are with our new home. Indeed, we want to extend
a sincere “Thank You” to everyone in the Sunbrook
family.
Thanks for working with us contractually while the “It-took-forever”
Main home sale to finalize and close;
Thanks for the Design Center’s friendly expertise and attention
to planning and layout details. Looking back on it now, we more
fully appreciate that Heather really knew her job, and well predicted
how our particular Model would “fit” with us, our
puppies and our lifestyle;
Thanks for the Service Center – and particularly Doug –
for his competent assistance and skill in attending to the myriad
details every newly constructed home inevitably presents:
Thanks for the landscaping and yard crew for all of their friendly
and creative services; and
Thanks for all of the Sunbrook Amenities. We appreciate and make
extensive and pleasant use of the Recreation, Park, Swimming,
Lending library and all of the other facilities and activities
available at Sunbrook.
Most of all, Glen, personal heartfelt thanks to you. Your friendly,
cheerful and informative welcome will stay with us forever. We
specifically addressed this note to you, because you have always
been there to answer any and all of our questions or concerns.
New friends, a fine home and a friendly, convenient and vigorous
community. In short, we truly have many reasons to be thankful
this day. Sunbrook is high on that “Happy & Thankful”
list.
Kept by Him, Stan & Nana
In October, 2006, we entered into a contract to purchase a Sunbrook
home and took possession in October, 2007. Although there was
a significant delay in an early construction phase, we were generally
pleased with the progress and outcome. Several of your staff were
instrumental in making our experiences a pleasant and rewarding
one.
Our initial contract was Jeff Sherman, who treated us with respect
and made our first experience with Sunbrook a positive one. He
communicated with us all year, promptly answering our questions
and initiating contact on significant issues. His photographs
of our home’s progress were invaluable and he kept us in
the loop while we summered in Oregon.
Heather Chatelain, our first and primary design coordinator,
patiently helped us through the tricky process with great suggestions
and prompt communication. All of our many questions were given
immediate and thoughtful responses. She had the unenviable task
of working through the many changes in subcontractors and coordinating
our original requests.
Caroline Schaerrer took over at a critical time. We were on the
East Coast and Whitewater had some material changes which required
immediate answers, less than a month before completion. Caroline
took photos of the areas where changes needed to be made, e-mailed
them to us with suggestions, and sent by overnight courier samples
of the new choices. This was very helpful and made our long distance
selections the perfect answers for our home.
Sam Flemetakis, the new Construction Superintendent, made us
feel that were his only concern, even thought he had more than
10 other homes to track and coordinate with other buyers. During
the 6-way meeting in August and particularly in the last month,
as things were progressing rapidly, he was ever calm and worked
with us to make certain all our concerns were addressed. He also
made several suggestions which improved the final product.
Each of these individuals deserves an extra pat on the back for
the manner in which they represented Sun Hill Homes LLC and treated
us as customers.
Sincerely,
Jeremiah and Suzanne Dandoy
